Refund and Exchange Criteria
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return items for a 100% refund. Call us at 507-773-4545 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (products returned without this authorization number cannot be exchanged or refunded), then simply send the item back to us via UPS or FedEx prepaid to:

We suggest you keep a copy of your shipping receipt and tracking numbers as proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Items must be returned with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is a result of our error (wrong item, damaged, defective, etc.). We will cover the cost of re-shipping the new product back to you. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
